Processing Orders
Orders can only be shipped within the United States. Minimum order of $4.00 is required.
Standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days which does not include transit time. USPS Priority Mail estimated delivery is 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST, on holidays or over the weekend will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Shipping & Handling
All Cigar/Cigar Accessory orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
The minimum USPS Priority Mail S&H charge is $6.30 with the maximum for 'flat rate' packaging if applicable at $11.30. If S&H exceeds $11.30, you will be contacted for authorization.
The actual S&H charge is based on the weight/destination and is calculated after the order has been packaged and weighed. The payment transaction will be processed with the adjusted S&H total. You will receive a copy of the order with the actual S&H in your package.
Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Credit Card Verification Code (CCV)
Credit card customers must enter the Credit Card Verification Code (CCV). The Credit Card Verification Code is a 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card or 4-digit code on the front of your American Express Card.
The number appears on the signature strip after the last four digits of your account number. The signature strip may contain your entire account number or just the last four digits of your account number. Either way, the Card ID will appear after the last four digits of your account number. The Card ID is used to verify that you have possession of the credit card you are attempting to use. The Credit Card Verification Code provides consumers with added credit card transaction security. These codes require physical access to the credit card thus reducing the risk of Internet credit card fraud.
We do not accept PayPal for tobacco related products.
Return Policy
Money-back Guarantee/Restocking Fee
Light’n Up Cigars provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased except special order items and custom orders. Special order items and custom orders will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
You may return items sold by Light’n Up Cigars within 30 days of delivery for a full item refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Item/s must be returned in original condition and original packaging. We will not accept items that are not in their original condition/packaging, are damaged or are missing parts.
Store credits will be issued for returns past 30 days.
Procedure:
Email info@lightnupcigars.com to request a Return Authorization. Please include your name, order number and item/s you are returning. Please indicate the reason for return.
You will receive an email with the Return Authorization and detailed directions for completing the return.
Defective/Damaged Items
All orders are very carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure that items are free of defects/damage. However as some items are prepackaged and occasionally items can be damaged in transit, Light’n Up Cigars provides a 10-day replacement policy for any product purchased that is found to be defective/damaged.
A replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the returned defective/damaged item or a replacement item can be paid for and shipped prior to return of defective/damaged item and then a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned defective/damaged item.
Our 30-day money back guarantee is extended to apply to the receipt date of the replacement order and not the original order receipt date. The same terms and conditions apply.

You will receive an email with the Return Authorization and detailed directions for completing the return/replacement. You will also receive an order confirmation for the replacement item which will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item unless you authorize the item to be shipped prior to the return. You will not be charged S&H fees for replacement item.
